Meal preparation is defined as any planning or cooking of food regularly. Meal prep involves making sure an individual has adequate access to nutritious and healthy food throughout the week. This can include anything from grocery shopping and meal planning to actual cooking and serving of food. This service is offered by All Sufficient Home Care Services, Inc., a privately-owned home care agency based in the Oak Park area.

We take pride in our meal preparation service because all employees are trained, background checked, and carefully screened before they become a part of the All Sufficient team. A Client Director Services completes an assessment with every client to make sure that we are meeting their needs. We want to make sure each client feels comfortable with the caregiver that will be coming into their home and preparing meals for them or their loved ones.
